1. Where are you based?
We’re based in BC and bake everything fresh locally.

2. Do you offer delivery or pickup?
Yes! We offer local delivery and pickup options. Shipping across BC is available on select items.

3. How long do the cookies stay fresh?
They stay fresh for about 4–5 days at room temperature in an airtight container, or up to 2 weeks if refrigerated.

4. Can I freeze the cookies?
Definitely. Freeze them in an airtight container for up to a month. Just let them thaw before eating.

5. Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes! We handle special orders for events, parties, and gifts. Just message us on Instagram @slapdtreats or through our contact page.

6. Are your cookies nut-free or allergen-friendly?
Some cookies contain nuts or are made in a kitchen that handles nuts. Please check each flavor’s description before ordering.

7. Can I mix and match flavors in one order?
Of course! We love variety, you can build your own box with your favorite flavors.

8. What happens if my order arrives damaged?
If your cookies arrive in bad condition, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right.
